Terms and Conditions:

Please read 'Terms and Conditions' carefully.
We do not issue refunds for any livestock. Instead we will offer a store credit for the purchase price. If the same item is not available you may use the store credit for another livestock item.
There will be no refunds or returns on live items.
NO GUARANTEE on Compatibility of Livestock
NO GUARANTEE on Salt Water Fish and Invertebrates. Specimen will be fed at time of purchase,
indicating good health.
Livestock purchased with store credit will not be replaced or refunded. We do not replace replacements.
Please do not discard specimens without our consent as this will void our guarantee.
If your deceased animal goes 'missing' or gets 'eaten', we will not provide a store credit. Many missing animals are hiding and are not deceased. It is your responsibility to provide proof of the deceased specimen.
We will not be responsible for livestock that has died as a result of being harassed or picked on by other fish.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless otherwise noted. If a refund or exchange is authorized, it must be accompanied with original receipt. Due to the nature of livestock and many other factors out of our control, we highly encourage everyone to research or ask first about livestock care/compatibility before purchasing.
If your order is delayed you are still required to receive it and acclimate all contents before contacting us. Delayed orders will be handled on a customer to customer basis.
Customer must follow all acclimating procedures even if animals appear dead. While we pack with the utmost care, fish may be stressed from shipping and will become more lively after acclimation and rest.
Tank’s water chemistry must be within the following parameters: - Temperature – between 75°- 81° F and constant - Ammonia – 0.0 ppm - Nitrite – 0.0 ppm - Nitrate – 2-10 ppm (0.0 Nitrate can kill coral) - Phosphate .02 - .10 (0.0 Phosphate can kill coral) - pH – 8.1-8.4 - Specific gravity – 1.023-1.026
STORE CREDITS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER DISCOUNTS (no exceptions)
Store credits will be valid for 6 months after the issue date. If the store credit is not used within 6 months of issuing it will be invalidated.
Canceled orders will be issued a store credit valid for 3 months or will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee.
It is illegal to file a charge-back claim without first contacting us.
Sorry, we do not issue credit or refunds for any shipping costs.
No refunds or exchanges on any special order items.
No warranties, exchanges, or refunds on any DRY GOODS (Lighting, pumps, etc.) However, if product is defective or needs to be serviced, please contact the manufacturer first prior to contacting us. If for any reason the manufacturer cannot help, let us know and we will try our best to assist you.
No refunds, warranties, or exchanges on any FISH TANKS. Please examine thoroughly before taking off premises.
No exchange, refunds, or warranties on any CUSTOM MODIFICATION FABRICATION to aquariums, lighting systems, filtration, etc.
Any refund or exchange must be dealt with in person in the store.
Products can be subject to a restocking fee based on the time of the purchase and the condition of the product. 25% minimum
The credited amount on returns may be limited based on the assessment of the employees.
AKSA Reef Boutique is not responsible or liable for any lost or forgotten products.
AKSA Reef Boutique reserves the right to refuse any form of service (including returns and exchanges) to all customers on all merchandise at any time for any reason.
